TUMI is seeking an Associate Manager to lead client experiences on our Retail team. You will cultivate strong client relationships, drive sales through outstanding service, and reflect our brand ethos in every interaction.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion for luxury fashion and travel markets, plus a proven track record in meeting sales goals and KPI targets. This role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Value a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.
• The retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts, pushes boxes that weigh 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete job duties.
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
• Strong sense of integrity and ability to lead by example.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Display initiative, plan and prioritize, think strategically, and champion change.
• Take pride in work and strive for excellence.
• Take responsibility for performance and complete all assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
• Training and Developing: help teach others training content through roleplay and coaching; assist Store Manager with training.
• Coaching and Feedback: articulate strengths, goals and opportunities; use tools to foster 360-degree coaching.
