Job summary

TUMI is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver a world-class client experience in our Castle Rock, CO store. You will reflect the brand ethos, build strong client relationships, and drive sales through outstanding service while upholding store standards.

The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets and will lead a team, grow sales, and participate in training, events, scheduling, and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Values a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.
• Retail team role involves standing, moving around, lifting up to 30 pounds, and ladder use.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPI targets including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
• Display initiative, plan and prioritize, think strategically, and drive change.
• Train and develop store associates, provide coaching and feedback, and assist in recruiting.
• Maintain ethical conduct, adapt to change, and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Manage store schedule, timecards, payroll, and uphold visual standards.
