Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to client service in luxury retail contexts.
• Strong ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs and drive business results.
• Experience developing and coaching store teams to improve performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication suitable for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics.
• Display initiative, plan and prioritize, and drive change effectively.
• Train and develop store associates and provide quarterly goal-setting for personal development.
• Coach and give feedback to team, using tools to foster a 360-degree development culture.
• Assist in recruiting and networking to build a high-caliber team and sustain bench strength.
• Maintain strong communication with colleagues to uphold ethical conduct and alignment with company goals.
• Support visual merchandising and client experience by following guidelines and event strategies.
