Isabel Marant Madison Ave boutique is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and sales management. You will oversee the sales team, cultivate client relationships, and implement sales strategies to drive store success.

With 2+ years in luxury retail management at the supervisor/ASM level, you will bring a proven track record in customer service, conflict resolution, and maintaining an established client books.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Luxury Retail Management at the supervisor or ASM level.
• Proven excellence in customer service and conflict resolution.
• Established clientele book and sales-focused mindset.
• Strong presentation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with Store Manager, including opening/closing, sales targets, reports, and team meetings.
• Lead, motivate, and direct the sales team to achieve targets.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining top talent.
• Participate in training Sales Advisors and developing a CRM clienteling strategy.
• Develop and implement sales strategies using KPIs and product-category growth plans.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage client books to meet sales goals.
• Develop a stylist program to enhance consignment and client experience.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve after-sales issues.
• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and report on VM rotations.
