Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Previous Store Manager experience preferred.
• Strong clienteling background and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of the New York luxury market is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Model elevated, personalized luxury experience and maintain a visible selling-floor presence.
• Coach the team on client engagement, styling, storytelling, cross-selling and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and drive recurring business.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and scheduling.
• Analyze store performance against KPIs and translate results into action plans.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain a high-performing luxury retail team.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and partner with regional leadership.
