Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of retail management experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; ability to learn POS and payroll systems.
• Ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs.

Aufgaben

• Supervise, coach, train, and assist sales staff to meet sales goals.
• Maintain active management presence on the sales floor to model service and brand standards.
• Identify sales opportunities through weekly business reviews and track deliveries and special orders.
• Lead touch-base meetings and annual performance evaluations with senior leadership.
• Enforce CRM standards and ensure data quality.
• Manage scheduling, monitor E-time, and track attendance with HR.
• Organize seasonal trainings and share product updates at point of sale.
• Assist in recruiting and maintaining a candidate database for store openings.
• Make critical client and operational decisions and run the business in absence of senior leaders.
