Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for Cliff House Grill to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and drive profitability in a luxury resort environment.

You will lead a high-volume team, partner with culinary, enforce safety standards, manage scheduling and performance, and align with Wynn’s service standards and CBA requirements. This full-time on-site role requires English fluency and flexibility for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage.
• Minimum of two (2) years of management experience, preferably in high-volume luxury resort.
• English language proficiency (reading/writing) required.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure health department standards and food safety regulations compliance.
• Create and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management and cost control to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and update menu items.
• Resolve guest issues and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Implement and maintain Wynn policies and procedures.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate pertinent information to the team.
• Supervise and support a team of food and beverage personnel including hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Train and monitor employees to ensure adherence to Wynn service standards.
