Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead breakfast and lunch service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and financial targets are met. You will supervise a team, coordinate with the kitchen, and enforce Wynn service standards in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Responsibilities include daily operations, health and safety compliance, staff training, inventory control, and collaboration with HR for employee relations within the CBA framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of management experience, preferably in high-volume luxury resort setting.
• Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations for breakfast and lunch to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health department standards and food safety regulations.
• Drive guest experience through service strategies and staff coaching.
• Manage inventory, cost control, and financial targets.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and update menu items.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and supervise food and beverage personnel.
• Train and monitor staff to Wynn service standards and maintain CBA language understanding.
• Oversee employee relations and HR agendas in line with collective bargaining agreements.
