Qualifications

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health department standards and food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and update menu items and presentation.
• Drive exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Lead, schedule, and develop the Food & Beverage team while adhering to CBA provisions.
