Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for Cliff House Grill to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and coordinate with the Executive Chef.

The role requires 2+ years in luxury hospitality management, strong leadership, and attention to health standards; you'll lead hiring, scheduling, training, and ensure Wynn service standards are met. The position is full-time, on-site in Las Vegas. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in high-volume luxury hospitality.
• Fluent English; second language a plus.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations for efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen to develop and refresh menu items.
• Lead hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews of staff.
