The Hay-Adams in Washington, DC, seeks a Reservations and Front-of-House Associate for Lafayette Restaurant to coordinate reservations, greet guests, and assist with seating and inquiries.

You will maintain VIP reports, answer phones, and work with service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. A high school diploma and 3–6 months related experience are preferred. This on-site role offers opportunities in a luxury hotel environment.

• Operate Lafayette Restaurant and Private Dining reservations system.

• Answer phone calls and take reservations per hotel standards.
• Prepare seating assignments considering guest requests and VIP status.
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional front-of-house appearance and demeanor.
