Job summary

The Hay-Adams, operated by B. F. Saul Company Hospitality, seeks a courteous Server to provide attentive guest service in Lafayette Restaurant. You will take orders, present menus, and deliver food and beverages with precision while maintaining a pristine dining environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and strong English skills. Experience with Micros POS is a plus; the role emphasizes professional appearance and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, or 3–6 months related experience.
Strong English reading and writing skills for guest interactions.
Commitment to exemplary guest service and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, seat them, and present menus with knowledgeable recommendations.
Take orders accurately, relay to kitchen, and ensure timely service.
Deliver plated food and beverages, garnish as required, and clear/reset tables.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and stations; monitor guest needs throughout service.
Operate Micros Front of the House system and process payments per policy.
