The Hay-Adams in Washington, DC seeks a friendly, guest-focused server to provide exceptional dining experiences at Lafayette Restaurant. You will take and deliver orders, maintain pristine service stations, and assist in seating guests with a polished, professional approach.

The role emphasizes superior guest service, accuracy in order-taking, and knowledge of menu items. This on-site position supports a luxury hotel environment and a high-standard guest experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent guest service and promote Lafayette Restaurant and The Hay-Adams.
• Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and maintain assigned stations.
• Set dining room tables, keep station and equipment clean, and assist in seating guests.
• Present menus, answer questions, and offer information on all items and beverages.
• Accurately take and relay guest orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery.
