• Adhere to hotel grooming and appearance standards.
• Provide information about Lafayette Restaurant offerings and hours.
• Answer guest questions regarding menu and hotel items.
• Take reservations with guest details and credit card information.
• Prepare seating assignments considering special requests.
• Greet guests at the front door in a timely manner and adhere to service standards.
• Walk through the dining room to ensure guest satisfaction and assist servers.
