Southall Farm & Inn is seeking a General Manager for Sojourner Restaurant to lead all dining operations with a Forbes Travel Guide-level service standard. You will guide a high-performing team, collaborate with culinary leadership, and drive guest experiences that reflect luxury, farm-driven cuisine.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of luxury hospitality management experience.
• Experience training teams to Forbes and Michelin service standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage labor and operating costs while maintaining high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house and restaurant operations with Forbes-level service.
• Recruit, train, and retain a polished service team across leadership roles.
• Coach on anticipatory service, personalization, and attention to detail.
• Oversee daily operations, schedules, and opening/closing procedures.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and culinary team on menu execution and seasonal offerings.
