The role requires a decade of leadership within luxury hospitality, strong commercial acumen, and a commitment to Auberge’s values.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of progressive luxury hospitality leadership experience, including executive GM roles.
Proven ability to lead luxury F&B, spa, wellness, and experiential programming.
Strong financial acumen with multimillion-dollar budgets and capital investments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with ownership groups and luxury brand organizations preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic vision and annual business plans to drive sustainable growth.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and cultivate a high-performing team.
Oversee Rooms, F&B, Spa, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Talent & Culture, and Revenue Management.
Maintain luxury standards, safety, cleanliness, and brand presentation.
Develop relationships with ownership, corporate leadership, and community partners.
Drive revenue growth across lodging, wellness, culinary experiences, retail, and group business.
