Southall is seeking a General Manager for Sojourner Restaurant in a luxury hospitality environment in Franklin, TN. You will lead all dining operations, collaborate with culinary leadership, and uphold Forbes-level service standards while driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage staffing, and ensure impeccable service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a farm-driven, luxury setting with sustainability at the core.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality management.
• Proven training of Forbes/Michelin service standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
• Commitment to sustainability and guest-centric service.
• 4-year degree preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead all front-of-house and restaurant operations to Forbes-grade standards.
• Recruit, train, and retain a polished service team.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor cost control.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu execution and seasonal offerings.
• Monitor health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Analyze financial performance and key metrics to drive revenue.
