White Lodging is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead food and beverage operations at a premium hotel restaurant. This senior leadership role requires a hands-on operator who can develop teams, drive guest satisfaction, and own the restaurant's financial performance.

You will recruit and coach managers, partner with the executive chef and beverage team, and align service standards across high-volume dining periods to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of hotel restaurant operations across multiple meal periods.
• Recruit, direct, and develop a team of restaurant managers and front-of-house staff.
• Drive P&L, labor, and food costs, forecasting to achieve profitability.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and beverage team on menu quality and wine program.
