The role emphasizes training, payroll accuracy, and collaboration with culinary and events teams to deliver refined, warm, and precise hospitality at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of luxury hospitality management experience, preferably in Forbes- or Michelin-recognized properties.
• Proven ability to train teams to Forbes and Michelin service standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate on Southall service standards and Forbes Five-Star principles to the team.
• Lead, coach, and manage line and supervisory level staff across outlets.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure flawless service execution.
• Support onboarding and ongoing staff training for all employment types.
• Audit payroll daily to ensure accurate pay for team members.
• Collaborate with culinary, events, and farm teams to deliver cohesive guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and guest readiness across the property.
• Provide on-site leadership for guest satisfaction and service recovery.
