Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the guest’s visit (spa, dining, in-room dining, transportation, cabanas, rooms, folio check-out).
• Cultivate and identify patrons with incremental spend throughout the resort.
• Assist international clientele.
• Interact with players in person and via phone, email, text, and written correspondence.
• Provide information to team leadership regarding guest feedback, concerns, or issues.
• Adhere to Resort World Las Vegas policies and Title 31 compliance; maintain required licensing.
