Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Senior VIP Host to market the nightclub, restaurant, lounge and other services to guests while developing a personal clientele list.

The role focuses on guest relationships and adhering to Resorts World Las Vegas Service Standards. The ideal candidate assists guests with special requests and participates in in-house events, promotions and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of VIP host or Promoter experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily/nightly guest list for a preferred clientele and manage reservations.
• Interact, entertain and provide guests with information in a professional, cordial manner while cultivating regulars.
• Drive business through bookings and marketing campaigns; participate in events and promotions.
• Maintain social platforms and post events as directed by management.
