Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Sr. Resort Executive Host to develop and maintain relationships with targeted gaming and non-gaming patrons to generate incremental revenues.

This role involves managing guest visits—spas, dining, rooms, transportation—and identifying patrons with potential for increased spend across the resort. Ideal candidates will have a passion for assisting guests and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest visits including spa, dining, in-room dining amenities, ground transportation, cabanas, and hotel rooms.
• Cultivate and identify patrons with incremental spend across the resort.
• Interact with international clientele on property and via phone, email, text, and mail.
• Provide information to leadership related to guest feedback, concerns or issues.
• Adhere to company policies and Title 31 compliance requirements and maintain required licenses.
