Job summary

Resorts World New York is seeking an Executive Casino Host to build and maintain relationships with targeted domestic players, oversee the administration of the domestic Casino Hosts, and ensure adherence to department policies, procedures, and government regulations. The role includes eligibility for an incentive program.

Responsibilities include greeting VIP patrons, approving and monitoring comp issuance, promoting Genting Rewards, attending events, supervising staff, and driving revenue

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain the appropriate license.
• Three years as a Casino Host in high-volume or hospitality, with one year in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience with direct and indirect customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP patrons and assist with their needs.
• Approve and monitor comp issuance based on performance.
• Supervise Casino Host staff; train, motivate, evaluate and schedule.
• Promote Genting Rewards program and upsell tiers.
• Attend player events and build relationships with guests.
• Represent the Company at events when needed.
