Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests upon entering the venue.
• Anticipate the guests' needs and respond with urgency.
• Bid farewell to guests and invite return visits.
• Oversee daily restaurant reservations and pre-seating when needed.
• Answer restaurant telephone courteously and efficiently.
• Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignments.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Rotate to other Food & Beverage outlets as necessary.
