Onni Group of Companies in Downtown Chicago is seeking an energetic front desk Resident Liaison with outstanding client service to join a premier luxury apartment community. You will manage resident interactions with professionalism and coordinate special requests with creativity.

The role involves assisting with property tours, organizing deliveries, providing local recommendations, and supporting the leasing team. Salary ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, with benefits and team events.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident interactions with professionalism; resolve needs with high-level customer service and develop creative solutions; provide local knowledge recommendations.
• Organize resident belongings, messages, and packages accurately and timely; maintain high-level customer service.
• Assist the leasing team with scheduling and organizing property tours.
• Comply with Workplace Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Interact harmoniously with all team members at the property.
• Update information for local attractions and coordinate tickets/reservations for residents/guests; connect with local providers.
• Store and retrieve personal luggage delivered to the property.
• Use software to input special arrangements and ensure timely, accurate billing.
• Assist in processing Resident Care requests via phone or in person.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for guest suite services (cable, internet, TV, games, web).
• Facilitate entry for deliveries and move-ins/outs.
• Manage guest parking and passes; oversee bicycle sharing program.
