Job summary

APC Concierge team is responsible for handling resident and guest requests in a luxury condo environment. This role emphasizes delivering a gracious, accommodating customer service experience and maintaining the building’s safety and immaculate image.

The position requires a High School Diploma, basic computer literacy, and excellent English communication. Weekend availability is expected, with growth opportunities into supervisory roles within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Polite, professional and confident demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Track package deliveries, activities, and amenity reservations using building software.
• Inform residents of visitors and direct them appropriately.
• Review access control cameras to ensure resident safety.
• Support Property Managers with administrative requests.
• Independently handle maintenance-related issues and troubleshoot as needed.
