Job summary

APC is seeking a part-time Concierge / Front Desk Associate in West Orange, NJ to welcome residents and guests, handle packages, and promote safety and a pristine lobby environment in a luxury condo building.

The role emphasizes gracious service, multitasking, and reliable communication as you support property managers and residents. Weekend availability is required, with growth opportunities within APC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use equipment (radios, phones, computers).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents, guests, vendors, and management in a pleasant, professional manner.
• Track package deliveries, activities, and amenity reservations using building software.
• Inform residents of visitors and direct them accordingly.
• Review access control cameras to ensure resident safety.
• Manage administrative requests on behalf of Property Managers.
• Navigate and troubleshoot maintenance-related issues as they arise.
