Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Residence/Owner Relations Manager in Miami to deliver personalized service to condominium owners and residents, driving owner engagement and revenue growth through thoughtful experiences.

You will coordinate arrivals, communications, and property updates, collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering, and maintain accurate resident records in our systems, while upholding luxury standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management systems.
• Professional, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for condominium owners and residents.
• Respond promptly and professionally to owner inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate owner arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Assist with owner reservations, unit availability, and stay-related arrangements.
• Maintain owner and residence information in property management systems.
• Monitor common areas and amenities for cleanliness, appearance, and functionality.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to resolve owner needs.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to management.
