Job summary

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. at 1 Hotels South Beach seeks a Residences Supervisor to lead day-to-day Residences operations, assist Front Desk and Housekeeping, and deliver warm, personalized service to owners, residents, and guests.

You will coach staff, supervise housekeeping, coordinate VIP arrivals, and partner with Engineering to uphold hospitality standards across residences and shared spaces.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office and Residences operations, ensuring consistent service, operational, and accounting standards.
• Act as the Residences Manager on Duty in their absence and maintain a visible presence in the lobby and at the Front Desk.
• Build strong relationships with owners, residents, brokers, and Exclusive Resorts members while responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, special requests, owner communications, and resident feedback to deliver a seamless experience.
• Support the Residences Manager with team hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance development.
• Oversee housekeeping operations, including daily assignments, unit inspections, arrivals, turndown, and adherence to brand standards.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure residences and shared spaces are safe, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
• Assist with unit inspections, preventative maintenance, permits, owner documentation, and other Residences projects.
• Support purchasing, invoices, owner communications, website/newsletter updates, and other administrative responsibilities.
• Help uphold the vision, mission, and service standards of 1 Hotels while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and exceptional hospitality.
