Job summary

Gold Media Tech, LLC is seeking a Residences Manager for a luxury condo-hotel in Miami. You will coordinate owner communications, administrative and financial tracking, and maintenance coordination within an association framework, reporting to the General Manager and collaborating with engineering, legal, and accounting teams.

This role requires strong organization, bilingual English/Spanish communication with owners and residents, and a solid understanding of Florida Chapter 718.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CAM license required at time of application.
• 3+ years in condominium, luxury residential, or hospitality operations with resident/guest-facing responsibility.
• Experience with budgets, invoices, and basic financial tracking.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day owner and resident communication cycle with luxury-residential service standards.
• Support the property management and leasing-approval process for owner units in accordance with governing documents and Florida law.
• Maintain day-to-day financial tracking for shared components and report to the General Manager.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and capital projects with Engineering, Legal, and Accounting teams.
