Gold Media Tech LLC seeks a Director of Residences for a luxury condo-hotel in Miami. You will own the owner-resident operations, coordinate communications, vendor contracts, and capital projects, and work closely with the GM, Chief Engineer, legal, and accounting.

Requires CAM license, 7+ years in condo/hotel residential management, fluent English/Spanish, strong financial acumen, and experience with PMS and MS Office. This role leads a high-service residential operation in a premium property.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CAM license.
• 7+ years in condominium or luxury residential management, or hotel operations with a residential component.
• Strong financial acumen across operating budgets, reserves, and construction draw schedules.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent written and verbal).
• Experience in condo-hotel or mixed-use with shared services is a bonus.
• Comfortable using PMS, work-order systems, access-control software, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Own the full owner and resident communication cycle from intake to resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for owners and residents and document resolutions.
• Manage leasing-approval for owner units in line with declarations and Florida law.
• Build and maintain a proactive owner communication calendar with updates and notices.
• Enforce rules, coordinate with counsel and insurance as needed.
• Oversee budgets, reserves, and capital project planning, reporting proactively.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineer on maintenance and capital projects.
• Oversee vendor contracts, performance, and renewals for owner-facing services.
• Deliver weekly owner operations summaries to the GM.
• Act for GM in their absence and ensure safety, hurricane preparedness.
