1 Hotel South Beach seeks a Residences Supervisor to lead day-to-day Residences operations, supporting Front Desk and Housekeeping, and serving as a trusted contact for owners, residents, and guests. This role requires warmth, organization, and service-minded leadership to uphold our high hospitality standards.

You will supervise Front Office and Residences activities, act as Manager on Duty when absent, and coordinate VIP arrivals and owner communications while mentoring staff and maintaining

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office and Residences operations, ensuring consistent service and standards.
• Act as the Residences Manager on Duty in their absence and be visible in lobby/Front Desk.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, owner communications, and resident feedback for a seamless experience.
• Support Residences Manager with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance development.
• Oversee housekeeping tasks, unit inspections, arrivals, turndown, and brand adherence.
• Partner with Engineering/Operations to keep residences safe, well-maintained, guest-ready.
• Assist with unit inspections, permits, owner documentation, and other projects.
• Support purchasing, invoices, owner communications, and website/newsletter updates.
