Better Talent seeks a Residences Manager for a luxury condo-hotel in Miami, Florida, overseeing owner and resident relations, financial tracking, and association governance. This hands-on role supports the General Manager and partners with the Chief Engineer, legal counsel, and accounting to keep operations organized and well documented.

The ideal candidate has an active Florida CAM license, 3+ years in condo/hospitality operations, strong budgeting skills, fluent English and Spanish, and

• Active Florida CAM license required at time of application.
• Hands-on knowledge of Florida Statutes Chapter 718 and condo governing documents.
• 3+ years in condominium, luxury residential, or hospitality operations with resident/guest-facing responsibility.
• Comfortable with budgets, invoices, and basic financial tracking.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day owner and resident communications, approvals, move-in/out scheduling, parking and storage assignments.
• Serve as primary contact for owners and residents, documenting resolutions with luxury-residential service standards.
• Support owner-unit approvals within the declaration and Florida law.
• Maintain proactive owner communications calendar and updates on capital milestones.
• Ensure compliance with Chapter 718 and coordinate with legal counsel as needed.
• Track shared financials: budgets, assessments, collections, and delinquencies.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineer on preventive maintenance and life-safety systems.
• Oversee vendor coordination, contract renewals, and incident documentation.
• Deliver weekly owner operations summaries to the General Manager.
• Act as on-site point of contact for routine matters when GM is unavailable.
• Coordinate safety, hurricane preparedness, and emergency procedures.
