KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a Resident Services Concierge for a luxury community. You will extend the management office, ensure five-star guest service, and supervise front desk operations with a focus on privacy and professional conduct.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, assisting with travel and event arrangements, coordinating special projects, and building local merchant relationships to enhance the resident lifestyle in a high-end setting.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with common computer software used in the industry.
• Creative mindset focused on delivering a luxury resident experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and act as Front Desk ambassador.
• Assist the front office manager with training and onboarding of new team members.
• Coordinate special requests for residents, including travel, dining, events, and amenities.
• Organize special events or projects and provide local area recommendations.
• Maintain resident privacy and provide information to management as needed.
• Build relationships with local merchants and service providers.
