KW Property Management & Consulting seeks a Concierge for a luxury, high-end community. You will greet guests, assist with resident requests, and coordinate services to ensure five-star experiences for residents.

The role requires excellent communication, discretion, initiative, and leadership. You will support the Association Manager and mentor other team members, while occasionally working early mornings, late nights, and weekends as local travel within the community is required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma; AA or BA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or similar role.
• Knowledgeable with computers commonly used in the industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey information clearly.
• Creative and enjoy creating a luxury lifestyle that is fun and safe for residents.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist front office manager with training new team members.
• Coordinate special events or projects as assigned.
• Provide information on local area, restaurants, and tours.
• Handle move-ins/move-outs with Management approval.
• Receive and log lost and found items; track packages.
