Job summary

KWPMC Midwest is seeking a Chief Concierge for a ultra-luxury residential community in Miami Beach, with a schedule of 9am-5:30pm and flexible weekends.

The role partners with the Front Desk Manager to plan and execute lifestyle activities, events, and parties, while engaging residents and coordinating with local Miami scene. Responsibilities include coordinating events, managing guest services, and maintaining communications for a vibrant community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position, including 1 year in a social or recreational program.
• Knowledgeable with MS Office Suite.
• Bilingual in Spanish may be required in some communities.

Responsibilities

• Event planning and execution of activities, meetings, and lifestyle programs within budget and standards.
• Engage residents and respond to social activity needs to foster community involvement.
• Build relationships with local merchants and service providers to promote the community.
• Greet guests, provide directions, restaurant suggestions, and arrange special requests with professionalism.
• Maintain reservation calendars, registrations for events, and assist with minutes and newsletters.
