Responsibilities

• Create a genuine, informative, and personalized guest reservations experience.
• Respond to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, pricing, and offers.
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities, services, hours, and packages.
• Assist and ensure effective guest challenge resolution with other team members.
• Ensure billing and financial transactions are accurate and efficient.
• Upsell services and offerings, educating guests about resort features.
