• Creating a genuine, informative, and personalized guest resort reservations experience by inputting guest contact information and updating guest history with preferences and special occasions.
• Responding to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, pricing, and special offers.
• Maintaining complete knowledge of resort facilities, accommodations, packages, spa offerings, and local events.
