Qualifications

• Two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position, preferably at a luxury resort.
• Ability to create professional business letter correspondence.
• Gracious people and sales skills, excellent phone manner with guests.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as a team.

Responsibilities

• Creating a genuine, informative, and personalized guest resort reservations experience by accurately inputting guest contact information.
• Responding to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, general questions about accommodations, pricing, and special offers.
• Maintaining complete knowledge of resort facilities/services, hours, accommodations, rates, spa offerings, events, directions, and local services.
• Assisting and ensuring effective guest challenge resolution; collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
• Ensuring that all billing and financial transactions are accurately and efficiently executed on behalf of guests.
• Upselling services and offerings as appropriate, ensuring guests are educated about the resort’s offerings.
