Job summary

Bishop’s Lodge, Auberge Collection in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Reservations Agent who will be the gateway to our luxury guest experiences, handling personalised reservations with grace and sophistication.

The role requires 2 years in hospitality or reservations, strong communication and sales skills, and the ability to coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless stays. Upselling opportunities and accurate guest data input are key to success.

Qualifications

• Two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position, preferably at a luxury resort.
• Ability to create professional business letter correspondence.
• Must possess gracious people and sales skills, excellent phone manner and ability to engage in a positive manner with each and every guest.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Creating a genuine, informative, and personalized guest resort reservations experience by accurately inputting guest contact information.
• Responding to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, general questions about accommodations, pricing, and special offers.
• Maintaining complete knowledge of the resorts and other information including hours of operation, accommodations, rates, packages, spa offerings and local services.
• Assisting and ensuring effective guest challenge resolution; coordinating with other departments to exceed guest expectations.
• Ensuring that all billing and financial transactions are accurately processed and upselling services where appropriate.
