Auberge Resorts Aspen Inc. is seeking a Reservations Agent for Hotel Jerome and Hotel Madeline. The role centers on delivering personalized luxury guest experiences, handling inquiries, and securing bookings with grace and sophistication.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or reservations experience, strong communication and sales skills, and a collaborative spirit to work with multiple departments to ensure seamless guest stays and exemplary service.

Qualifications

• Two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position, preferably at a luxury resort.
• Ability to create professional business letter correspondence.
• Must possess gracious people and sales skills, excellent phone manner and ability to engage in a positive manner with each and every guest.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create a genuine, informative, and personalized guest resort reservations experience by accurately inputting guest contact information.
• Respond to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, pricing, and special offers.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the resorts, hours of operation, accommodations, rates, packages, and promotions.
• Assist and ensure effective guest challenge resolution by collaborating with team members and departments to exceed expectations.
• Ensure accurate and efficient billing and financial transactions on behalf of guests.
• Upsell services and offerings to educate guests about the resorts’ offerings.
