Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Able to prioritize, organize, and follow up with urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and e‑mail; hotel software trained.
• Experience in Reservations, Front Office, or Sales & Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture reservations from calls; coordinate details and complete forms.
• Run daily reports for departments, Sales & Marketing, and GM.
• Process internal, management, group, and employee bookings.
• Handle guest complaints per Four Seasons policy.
• Confirm/guarantee reservations and manage waitlists.
• Monitor reservations and address issues; inform managers of VIPs.
• Contact guests or planners to clarify requests before arrival.
• Process employee benefits requests as guided.
