Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a Reservations Sales Specialist to convert inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings for a cluster of South Florida luxury properties. Based at Palm Beach with flexibility to support all properties, you will engage guests and travel advisors to deliver a seamless guest journey.

You bring 3+ years in luxury hotel sales or reservations, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to fit a fast-paced shared-services environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• 3+ years in luxury hotel sales, reservations, or related operations preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales conversions and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture and convert reservation inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, web, internal requests).
• Coordinate and confirm bookings for rooms, suites, residences, spa, dining, and other revenue sources.
• Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests, travel advisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage chat platforms and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
• Handle guest requests and special accommodations per Four Seasons standards.
• Complete pre-arrival processes including billing details and waitlisted services.
• Support cross-functional teams within the shared-services model.
