Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to welcome and register guests, handle inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations that elevate every stay.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in hotel front desk/reception within a luxury setting, along with superb presentation and communication skills. A fast-paced environment and team-driven culture are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hotel front desk/reception experience or equivalent in a luxury setting.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate computer systems for check-in/out and guest communications.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests in an efficient, friendly manner with correct room type and rate.
• Check out guests, confirm satisfaction, collect keys, post charges and settle bills.
• Assist with pre-arrival emails, monitor messages for Concierge and Guest Relations, and help with special occasion setups.
• Handle guest interactions with high hospitality standards; resolve complaints and inquiries.
• Use computer systems to check guests in/out, run daily reports, block rooms.
• Support Reservations and Concierge teams during absences or busy periods.
