Job summary

Four Seasons Boca Raton is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to assist the Reservations Manager in leading staff, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting total revenue management for the resort. The role requires strong English communication and a proactive, organized approach to daily operations.

You will handle group turnovers, rate setup, and block management while coordinating with group contacts, conference services, and sales.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Email
• Able to learn multiple hotel software systems
• Experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service beneficial

Responsibilities

• Process group turnovers, set up rate codes, and verify cut-off dates
• Maintain group reservations inbox and respond professionally to inquiries
• Coordinate with Group Contacts, Sales Managers, and Revenue Management on activity and billing
• Enter and maintain group rooming lists and generate reports
• Monitor block inventory and advise on yield and inventory decisions
