Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is seeking a Reservation Coordinator to deliver exceptional guest experiences by coordinating reservations and maintaining guest profiles. You will work closely with Sales, Conference Services, Front Office and Revenue Management to ensure personalized service throughout the guest journey.

Ideal candidates have reservation experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with property management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in hotel reservations or guest services.
• Knowledge of property management systems; Opera experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport with guests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate individual and group reservations with accuracy and guest preferences.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to support personalized service.
• Collaborate with Sales, Conference Services, Front Office and Revenue Management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Communicate reservation details and special requests to operations for timely execution.
• Monitor room blocks and group commitments, reporting on activity and attrition.
• Assist with group turnovers and distribute pertinent information to Group Contacts and Managers.
