Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is seeking a Reservations Manager to oversee the Reservations Department and related activities to achieve budgeted goals. You will apply occupancy and rate principles, coordinate with the Group Reservations Specialist and Front Office Manager, and maintain contact with Worldwide Reservations Office.

This position is shared between Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco and Four Seasons San Francisco at Embarcadero, with responsibility for standard-setting, staff

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• One to three years’ experience in a Rooms Division position with Four Seasons or another related organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Reservations Department’s policies and procedures and daily operation.
• Maintain reservations core standards and conduct standards testing.
• Schedule staff according to budget guidelines and ensure service levels.
• Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports and handle guest complaints with appropriate actions.
• Develop and mentor reservations staff for advancement and maintain relationships with WRO and Front Office.
