Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for guests. You are the first and last impression of the hotel and will support the Front Office team with impeccable hospitality.

The ideal candidate has luxury-hotel front desk experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment. Weekend, holiday and overnight shifts are required as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel front desk preferred.
• Excellent customer service and guest contact skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register hotel guests, explain accommodations and payment methods.
• Respond to guest requests to ensure maximum satisfaction while upholding Four Seasons standards.
• Check guests in/out, ensure correct room type and rate, manage keys and luggage.
