Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is seeking a Reservations Manager to oversee the Reservations Department, ensuring optimal occupancy and rate strategies. The role coordinates with Group reservations and Front Office, maintaining relationships with the Worldwide reservations office and delivering exceptional guest service.

The candidate will lead staffing, training, and performance, while monitoring call flows, inventory, and reporting.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a Rooms Division position with Four Seasons or another related organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Reservations Department’s policies and daily operations.
• Maintain reservations core standards and processes.
• Conduct regular WRO test calls and provide timely feedback to staff.
• Schedule staff according to budget guidelines to maximize service levels.
• Handle guest complaints and keep senior management informed of issues and actions taken.
• Generate and distribute daily return guest, VIP lists, and monthly recaps of key metrics.
