Job summary

The RealReal in New York seeks a Resales Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven luxury retail environment. You’ll close sales on the boutique floor, build a loyal client base, and promote sustainable luxury with confident product storytelling.

You’ll manage a personal book of business, exceed daily and monthly targets, and master Salesforce and internal tools to streamline the sales journey from first contact to checkout.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a metrics-based retail sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
• Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace.
• Professional demeanor representing a luxury brand with integrity.
• Self-motivation to seek sales opportunities via proactive outreach.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for high client interactions.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Mac iOS.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to feedback and committed to professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Sales Mastery: Proactively engage with clients on the floor to exceed daily and monthly sales targets through expert-level suggestive selling.
• Clienteling & Outreach: Manage and grow a personal book of business by daily outreach to existing clients.
• Metrics Ownership: Monitor and analyze your sales performance to meet KPIs.
• Floor Excellence: Maintain brand standards with merchandise replenishment and visual presentation.
• Digital Integration: Master Salesforce and internal tools to track client preferences and streamline the process.
